1\u00e8re ville du Bassin d’Arcachon, La Teste de Buch a conduit une v\u00e9ritable op\u00e9ration de\u00a0r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement de son centre-ville. La cr\u00e9ation d’un \u00eelot administratif de 4 000 m\u00b2 incluant l’h\u00f4tel de ville en\u00a0\u00e9tait l’\u00e9l\u00e9ment majeur. Le Groupe Duval a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cet \u00e9quipement public et reconfigur\u00e9 ses espaces ext\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n

Le parvis de l’h\u00f4tel de ville est devenu une “place jardin”. Les testerins retrouvent au sein d’un m\u00eame b\u00e2timent\u00a0l\u2019ensemble des services\u00a0municipaux, hier r\u00e9partis sur 12 sites de la ville. Il fait face \u00e0 l’ancienne mairie devenue salle des mariages et lieu d’exposition. L\u2019h\u00f4tel de ville s\u2019articule autour\u00a0d\u2019une halle publique, d’un atrium. Son\u00a0puits de lumi\u00e8re offre une vision traversante sur\u00a0tous\u00a0les \u00e9tages. Son\u00a0jardin suspendu a\u00a0une fonction de filtre protecteur pour ce b\u00e2timent\u00a0expos\u00e9 au sud.<\/p>\n

L’h\u00f4tel de ville de La Teste de Buch b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e0 la fois d’une labellisation haute performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique\u00a0et d’une certification haute qualit\u00e9 environnementale.<\/p>\n

Il int\u00e8gre une salle du Conseil (250 m\u00b2), des locaux techniques (150 m\u00b2), un hall d\u2019accueil, des espaces de travail (3 600 m\u00b2) ainsi qu’un parking de 69 places.<\/p>\n
